Signing up is easy! Visit C24Club.com and click on Sign Up. You’ll be guided through creating an account with your email and a secure password. Once registered, you’ll have access to all features, including earning minutes, redeeming rewards, participating in challenges, creating promos and more.

Is there a mobile app?
C24Club is available as a web-based platform and can be accessed through your browser. For a more app-like experience, add C24Club to your home screen on your mobile device as a PWA.(We will in the future be on both iOS and Android).

How can I earn minutes on C24Club?
You can earn minutes by:
Chatting with others – The longer you chat, the more minutes you earn.
Completing weekly challenges – Participate in fun challenges & events for bonus minutes.
Referrals – Invite friends to join C24Club, and you’ll both earn minutes when they sign up!
Complete Offers – Click Unlock Rewards Early button and earn minutes. -
Are there other ways to earn rewards faster?
You can earn rewards after reaching 200 link clicks from promos you post.
You can earn product points by going to Profile then Unlock Rewards Early Button then Free Product Points. After you reach 2 Product Points You Can Redeem Free Rewards With Zero Shipping.
Sometimes you may receive product points when you complete a minute milestone, so keep chatting and stay active!
You can get gifted rewards by other users if you are a VIP user. When your VIP go to Profile then VIP Settings to access gifted rewards. -
How do I earn money?
You can earn real money by redeeming legendary products and exchange the monetary value of the item for cash. For instance, if you manage to win a legendary Labubu item worth $100, you get the choice to either keep the physical product or exchange it for $100 in cash.
You can also earn money by participating in chat to win contest and spin to win contests. -
What can I redeem my minutes for?
Minutes can be redeemed for various rewards, including exclusive products, cash, gift cards, and even special VIP features. Visit the Reward Store on the main videocall page to see what’s currently available.

Do minutes expire?
Minutes on C24Club do not expire as long as your account is active.

Why aren’t my minutes updating in real-time when chatting with someone?
Your minutes update after you disconnect from a user.

Why does my gifted rewards stay at 0 or does not increase when someone gifts me?
Just refresh the page by click refresh button on desktop or on the web app slide down to refresh page. Keep in mind if you do refresh you will lose connection to the user. If it still does not update, maybe the person who gifted card got declined when purchasing your gift.

Why am I only getting 10 minutes per user I connect with?
Non-VIP users can only receive up to 10 minutes per user they connect with. To increase this you would need to be a VIP member. Don’t worry you can still chat with the user even after 10 minutes, you just won’t receive additional minutes after 10 minutes from 1 specific user.

Does a minute freeze stop me from earning minutes?
No, you can still earn minutes but it will only be very little per user. You will only earn 2 minutes per user you connect with. Get VIP or purchase $0.99 one time unfreeze to get back to your normal earning rate!

When does a minute freeze occur?
They first begin when you reach a minute threshold which we keep disclosed. If you want to combat minute freezing, please try to complete a weekly challenge every 7 days, weekly challenged has to get approved or become a VIP user to unfreeze instantly or purchase $0.99 one time unfreeze to unfreeze instantly. Another way to unfreeze is partake in spin to win contest or chat to win contest.

Why did my minutes freeze?
You haven’t completed a weekly challenge in the past 7 days. Don’t worry, you can still chat, but completing a challenge and it gets approved will unlock your full earning rate again or doing the stated in question (11.)

Is there another way to unfreeze without having to become a VIP user?
Yes, we have small unfreeze purchases for as low as $0.99 cents. The unfreeze last for about 7 days.

What if i complete more than 1 weekly challenge at once?
If this occurs you won’t freeze for an additional 7 days. For example: If you complete and we approve 2 weekly challenges at the same time you won’t freeze for 14 days. Same logic applies for 3 weekly challenges completed & approved.

How do I redeem a reward?
To redeem a reward, go to your Redeem section and view how many minutes you need to get a reward. Once you reach the required minutes a reward popup page will appear after you reached the current minute threshold and you can select the reward you want, confirm your selection, and it will be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the reward is ordered and another when it’s shipped.

How do I redeem cash?
Cash from legendary items can only be sent to Paypal and will usually be sent 24-48 from the time you redeemed a legendary item’s monetary value.

How long does it take for my reward to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the reward type. Typically, rewards are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take 7-14 days. We’ll keep you updated by email with estimated delivery details.

Can I track my reward shipment?
Yes! Once your reward has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can also track your reward under the My Rewards section in your profile.

How can I change my address for a reward?
Simply go to Profile then My Rewards and click Edit Shipping Details. Please note, shipping address can’t be changed when the order has already been placed and there is a shipping number. If you made a mistake in your shipping address you may reach out to us via email [email protected]

How can i view rewards that users gifted me?
Simply go to Profile button, then click Open VIP Settings and find Rewards To Redeem and click the gift icon. You must have 3 to redeem a reward that was gifted to you. For Example: If you connect to a user and they gift you only once, you would need two more people to gift you or that same user to give you two more times in order to redeem a reward. 3 gifts = 1 Real Reward. A single user can gift you as many time as they want, so there’s no limit.

What are weekly challenges and how do they work?
Weekly challenges are themed activities or sponsored activities that allow you to earn extra minutes by participating or completing. Each challenge has its own unique requirements, such as chatting with someone wearing a specific color or showcasing a unique background or completing a task. Check the Weekly Challenges section for current and upcoming challenges by finding Unlock Rewards Early button or Earn Fast Button.

Are there seasonal or special event challenges?
Yes! Throughout the year, we host special challenges to celebrate holidays or seasonal events. These come with exclusive rewards and higher minute bonuses, so keep an eye out for announcements in the Weekly Challenges section or via email.

What are Promos on C24Club?
Promos on C24Club are user-generated ads that appear between chats. Users can create their own promos to share a message, promote something, or increase their visibility on the platform. Promos allow users to showcase interests, businesses, or personal projects while adding a unique layer of interaction to C24Club.

How do Promos work?
Promos appear on your screen between chats when you click “Next” to move to another user. You can interact with promos by viewing them, clicking on links if you’re interested in engaging further with the creator of the promo.

Can I skip Promos?
No, but promos aren’t spammy and show every now and then. Think of promos like loading screens. They show up as a loading screen as we connect you with another user. They are seamless and aren’t too annoying and only last 7 seconds.

Can I turn off promos?
Yes you can turn off promos if you are a VIP user.

How can I earn rewards from promos?
Create super engaging promos that are enticing and get users to click the links you add to your promos, it’s that simple!
What is not allowed: Never try to use exploitive ways/incentivize people to get you clicks for example: “Click my link to get a gift from me” or “Click my link and ill be your friend”. This will result in a ban for 2 days! You should never try to reward someone with something for clicking your link.
What is allowed: “I’m looking for a new friend! Add me on Instagram” using the Instagram url as your link. -
What is the Pin Topic feature?
The Pin Topic feature allows you to select a topic or custom text to display on-screen during chats. It helps reduce skips and promotes engaging conversations by encouraging others to interact based on the pinned topic.

How do I use the Pin Topic feature?
To use the Pin Topic feature:
Click on Pin a Topic to choose from predefined topics.
VIP users can also access the Custom Text option to pin their personalized text.
Once a topic is pinned, it will remain visible during your chat session. -
Can non-VIP users use the Pin Topic feature?
Yes, non-VIP users can use the Pin a Topic option to select predefined topics. However, the Custom Text option is exclusively available for VIP users.

How do I create custom text for my pinned topic?
VIP users can select Custom Text and enter their personalized message. This text will appear on-screen during chats, encouraging more targeted and interesting conversations.

You can pin various topics, such as:
Icebreaker questions
Fun games (e.g., “Guess My State”)

Yes, pinned topics and custom text must adhere to C24Club’s community guidelines:

Can I change my pinned topic during a chat session?
Yes, you can update your pinned topic or custom text anytime during a session. Simply click the Pin a Topic button and select a new topic or edit your custom text.

Your pinned topic is visible only to the person you’re currently chatting with. It is not displayed publicly or shared outside the conversation.

Can I create my own Promos on C24Club?
Yes! C24Club allows users to create their own promos to increase visibility or connect with more people. Use ad points to set up a promo that will appear for other users between chats, making it an effective way to get noticed or share your message.

How do I earn ad points to create Promos?
You can earn ad points by chatting with other users, completing offers that have ad points, reaching milestones or purchasing additional ad points if you want to expand your promo reach. More ad points mean more visibility for your promo.

Yes, C24Club has guidelines to ensure promos are respectful, appropriate, and in line with community standards. Please avoid offensive or inappropriate content in your promos. No sexual, nudity or violent content. Any promos that violate our policies may be removed without notice and result in a ban of any duration depending on the severity of the offense. By logging in, chatting, completing free offers and weekly challenges you can increase your chance enhancer and improve your chances of winning big!

Your chance enhancer increases the more active you are on C24Club. VIP Users: The chance enhancer ranges from 35% to 85%. VIP users have a bit more flexibility, as the chance enhancer only drops by 4% if they miss two consecutive days of logging in. -

You can increase your chance enhancer by:

Yes, if you miss a day of logging in (for NON-VIP users) or two days in a row (for VIP users), your chance enhancer will decrease. The exact drop depends on your membership type:
NON-VIP Users: Drop by 5% if you miss one day of logging in.
VIP Users: Drop by 4% if you miss two consecutive days of logging in. -
How can I maximize my Chance Enhancer?
To keep your chance enhancer as high as possible:
Log in every day to avoid any drops.
Chat frequently to keep your chance enhancer active.
Complete available free offers to boost your enhancer by going to Unlock Rewards Early button.
