MORE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREEMENT

13. Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are sourced from third-party sellers. C24 Club does not have control over the shipping times, the quality of the items, or if the items does not come as described.
If an item is not delivered as per the tracking code, C24 Club will provide 400+ extra minutes or ad points as compensation or allow users to rechoose their reward.
In case an item is out of stock, C24 Club reserves the right to replace it with the best possible alternative or allow users to rechoose their reward.

14. Shipping

Shipping times and conditions are determined by the third-party sellers.
Users may be required to pay a shipping fee ranging from $0.99 to $2 for certain items.
C24 Club is not responsible for lost items during shipping.
C24 Club is not responsible for shipping times, the quality of the items, or if the items does not come as described.

15. Address Usage

The address provided by users will be used solely for the purpose of shipping rewards.
C24 Club may save the address on its website for future reward redemptions.

16. User Responsibility

Users must ensure their address details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid shipping issues.

17. Eligibility and Participation

Users must comply with the eligibility criteria set forth by C24 Club to participate in reward programs.
Any misuse of the reward system, including but not limited to the following cases, may result in disqualification and potential account suspension:
- Creating multiple accounts: Users creating multiple accounts to claim multiple rewards or manipulate the system.
- Submitting false or fraudulent information: Providing incorrect or fake details during reward redemption or offer completion.
- Using automated bots or scripts: Employing any automated means to participate in reward programs, spin-to-win features, or offer completions.
- Engaging in deceptive practices: Attempting to manipulate the system through loopholes, such as repeatedly submitting the same proof or exploiting promotional offers.
- Sharing accounts: Allowing others to use your account to redeem rewards or complete offers on your behalf.
- Circumventing geographical restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to bypass geographic restrictions set by C24 Club or its partners.
- Misuse of gift card redeeming: Attempting to redeem gift cards in unauthorized ways, selling, or transferring gift cards to other users, or using them in a manner that violates the terms set by the gift card issuer.

18. Limitations and Liability

C24 Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rewards or the inability to use rewards.
The maximum liability of C24 Club, in any case, will be limited to the value of the reward in question.

19. User Interactions and Liability

C24 Club is not responsible or liable for any user interactions that occur on the platform, including but not limited to communication, screen recordings, or any form of media capture by other users.
Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion when interacting with others on the platform.
Misuse of Screen Recordings: C24 Club is not liable for any misuse of screen recordings or other forms of media captured by users for malicious intent, including but not limited to harassment, sharing without consent, or any form of defamation.
By using C24 Club, users agree to hold C24 Club harmless from any claims or damages arising from such interactions.
Although C24 Club does not assume responsibility for such interactions, the platform will investigate and take action against violators where possible.

20. Product Source

Rewards and products provided by C24 Club are sourced from third-party distributors. We strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of these items but are not responsible for any discrepancies or issues related to the products.

21. Offer Completion and Proof Submission

Users may be required to complete offers through CPA (Cost Per Action) networks to earn rewards.
Submission of screenshot proof for offer completion does not guarantee acceptance or approval.
Reasons for non-acceptance of screenshot proofs include, but are not limited to:
- Users visiting a campaign page through another affiliate link.
- Users entering invalid data.
- Users not fully completing the signup process.
- User data not matching the campaign’s demographic requirements or qualified.
- Users having cookies disabled on their computer.
C24 Club reserves the right to validate the authenticity of leads and the completion of offers as per the advertiser’s requirements.

22. User Agreement to Screenshots

By participating in video calls on C24 Club, you consent to the possibility that other users may take screenshots of your video feed as part of their participation in weekly challenges.

C24 Club Feature Terms & Conditions: Social/Pay Apps

1. Pinning Social/Pay Apps

C24 Club allows users to pin their social media and payment app profiles (e.g., CashApp, Instagram, Amazon Wishlist, PayPal, Venmo, Throne, ApplePay, TikTok, Twitter, OnlyFans, Snapchat) on their screen during interactions.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the information they share via pinned apps, including payment details, social media links, or any other personal information.
Users must ensure that any transactions or exchanges conducted through these platforms are legitimate and trustworthy.

3. Liability Disclaimer

C24 Club is not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or exchanges that occur through the pinned social/pay apps.
Scams and Fraud: C24 Club is not liable for any loss, fraud, scam, or malicious activity that results from the use of pinned apps. Users should exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any requests or transactions.
Users agree that by using this feature, they hold C24 Club harmless from any claims or damages arising from their interactions on these third-party platforms.
C24 Club is not liable for external transactions through third-party apps but that fraudulent activity conducted on the platform using these apps (e.g., within your platform) may lead to account suspension or other actions.

4. Reporting Issues

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity, scams, or fraudulent behavior to both C24 Club and the respective social/pay app platform so that appropriate actions can be taken.

Promo Feature Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Creation and Submission

Users may create and submit promotions (promos) through the C24 Club platform using the provided interface.
By submitting a promo, users represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

2. Use of Ad Points

Users can allocate Ad Points to reach a specific number of users. The number of users reached will depend on the number of Ad Points used, as indicated in the interface.
C24 Club is not responsible for the effectiveness of the promo in reaching the intended audience or achieving the desired results.
C24 Club makes reasonable efforts to ensure promo delivery but does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., conversion, engagement).

3. Targeting and Display

Users can target their promos by specifying criteria such as country, interests, and gender.
C24 Club will make reasonable efforts to display the promo to the targeted audience; however, targeting accuracy is not guaranteed.

4. Content Guidelines

C24 Club reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any promo that it deems to violate its content guidelines or policies.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for the content and distribution of their promos, including any claims, damages, or legal issues that may arise.

6. Reporting and Feedback

Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the performance of their promos and to report any issues they encounter.

C24 Club Terms & Conditions: Age Requirement

1. Age Restriction
