6. C24Club VIP Ban & Refund Policy

  1. No Refund for Violations
    • If a VIP user is banned due to breaking community guidelines, engaging in fraud, harassment, or other serious violations, no refund will be issued.
  2. Prorated Refund for Non-Violators
    • If a VIP user is banned due to an error or a non-violation-related issue, they may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining membership period.
  3. Appeal Process
