What is C24Club?

C24Club is a video social platform where users can video chat, get Shein products & cash from strangers, participate in challenges, and earn rewards. Whether you’re here to make new friends, enjoy themed challenges, or earn minutes toward exciting rewards, C24Club makes connecting rewarding and fun.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy! Visit C24Club.com and click Sign Up. Create an account with your email and a secure password. Once registered, you’ll have access to earning minutes, redeeming rewards, participating in challenges, creating promos, and more.

Is there a mobile app?

C24Club is web-based and works in your mobile browser. For an app-like experience, add C24Club to your home screen as a PWA. (Native iOS and Android apps are planned for the future.)

How can I earn minutes on C24Club?

You can earn minutes by:
Chatting — the longer you chat, the more minutes you earn.
Completing weekly challenges — participate for bonus minutes.
Referrals — invite friends; you’ll both earn minutes when they sign up.
Complete Offers — tap Unlock Rewards Early to earn minutes. Learn more here.

Are there other ways to earn rewards faster?

• Earn rewards after reaching 200 link clicks from promos you post.
• Earn product points via Profile → Unlock Rewards Early → Free Product Points. At 2 Product Points you can redeem free rewards with zero shipping.
• Sometimes product points are given at minute milestones — keep chatting and stay active!
VIP users can receive gifted rewards from other users (see details in Redeeming). Learn more here.

How do I earn money?

You can redeem legendary products and exchange their value for cash. For example, if you win a legendary Labubu worth $100, you can keep the item or exchange it for $100 cash. You can also earn money by participating in Chat-to-Win and Spin-to-Win contests.

What can I redeem my minutes for?

Minutes can be redeemed for exclusive products, cash, gift cards, and special VIP features. Visit the Reward Store on the main video-call page to see what’s available.

Do minutes expire?

No. Minutes do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Why aren’t my minutes updating in real time during a chat?

Minutes update after you disconnect from a user.

Why do my gifted rewards stay at 0 or not increase after someone gifts me?

Refresh the page (desktop: refresh button; web app: pull down to refresh). Note: refreshing disconnects your current chat. If it still doesn’t update, the gifter’s card may have been declined.

Why am I only getting 10 minutes per user I connect with?

Non-VIP users can receive up to 10 minutes per user. You can continue chatting after 10 minutes, but additional minutes from that same user require VIP.

Does a minute freeze stop me from earning?

No, but earnings are reduced to 2 minutes per user. Become VIP or purchase a $0.99 one-time unfreeze to restore your normal rate.

When does a minute freeze occur?

Freezes begin after you reach an internal minute threshold. To avoid or remove freezing: complete an approved weekly challenge every 7 days, become VIP, purchase a $0.99 one-time unfreeze, or participate in Spin-to-Win / Chat-to-Win.

Why did my minutes freeze?

Most commonly: no approved weekly challenge in the past 7 days. Complete a challenge and get it approved, become VIP, or use a one-time unfreeze.

Is there another way to unfreeze without VIP?

Yes. Purchase a small unfreeze from $0.99. It typically lasts about 7 days.

What if I complete more than one weekly challenge at once?

Each approved challenge extends your no-freeze window by ~7 days. Example: approve 2 at once → ~14 days; 3 at once → ~21 days.

How do I redeem a reward?

Go to Redeem to see required minutes. After you hit the threshold, a reward popup appears—select your reward and confirm. You’ll get an email confirmation when ordered and another when shipped.

How do I redeem cash?

Cash from legendary items is sent to PayPal and usually arrives within 24–48 hours after you redeem the item’s monetary value.

How long does shipping take?

Processing is typically 1–2 business days; delivery is usually 7–14 days, depending on your location and the reward type.

Can I track my reward shipment?

Yes. We email tracking once shipped. You can also track under Profile → My Rewards.

How can I change my shipping address?

Go to Profile → My Rewards → Edit Shipping Details. If an order already has a shipping number, it can’t be changed. If you made a mistake, email [email protected].

How do I view rewards gifted to me?

Go to Profile → VIP Settings → Rewards To Redeem and tap the gift icon. You need 3 gifts to redeem 1 real reward. A single user can gift you unlimited times.

What are weekly challenges and how do they work?

Themed or sponsored activities that award extra minutes for participation/completion. Each challenge has specific requirements. Check Unlock Rewards Early or Earn Fast for current challenges.

Are there seasonal or special event challenges?

Yes—holiday and seasonal events with exclusive rewards and higher bonuses. Watch for announcements in the Weekly Challenges section or via email.

What are Promos on C24Club?

User-generated ads that show between chats when you click Next. Create promos to share messages, promote socials, or gain visibility.

How do Promos work? Can I skip them?

Promos appear briefly (about 7 seconds) as we connect you to the next user. They’re designed like short loading screens and aren’t spammy. Skipping is not available, but they’re infrequent.

Can I turn off promos?

Yes, if you are a VIP user.

How can I earn rewards from promos?

Create engaging promos that entice genuine clicks. Not allowed: incentivizing or exploiting (e.g., “Click my link to get a gift”). Violations can lead to a 2-day ban. Allowed: “I’m looking for a new friend — add me on Instagram,” with your Instagram link.

Can I create my own Promos?

Yes. Use ad points to set up promos that appear between chats.

How do I earn ad points?

By chatting, completing offers that award ad points, reaching milestones, or purchasing additional ad points to expand reach.

What content can I promote?

Anything within our community guidelines (e.g., social shoutouts, personal messages, products/services). No sexual, nudity, or violent content.

Can I choose who sees my Promo?

Yes, you can target audiences by interests or categories to improve relevance and engagement.

Are there guidelines for Promos?

Promos must be respectful and appropriate. Violations may be removed without notice and can result in bans. Review our Promo Guidelines (coming soon).

What if I see an inappropriate Promo?

Tap Report (top-right). Our team will review and take action.

Can I track Promo performance?

Yes—visit Promo Analytics for views, clicks, average pause rate, and average view time. More metrics may be added as C24Club grows.

What is the Pin Topic feature?

Pin a topic or custom text on-screen during chats to spark engagement and reduce skips.

How do I use Pin Topic?

Click Pin a Topic to choose from predefined topics. VIP users can use Custom Text. The pinned item stays visible during your session.

Can non-VIP users use Pin Topic?

Yes—predefined topics are available. Custom Text is VIP-only.

What types of topics are available?

Icebreakers, games (e.g., “Guess My State”), opinion prompts, and more. Check the Pin a Topic dropdown.

Are there rules for pinned topics/custom text?

Be respectful; avoid offensive/inappropriate content. Don’t solicit personal info or promote harm. Violations can lead to warnings or restrictions.

Can I change my pinned topic mid-session?

Yes—open Pin a Topic and select/edit.

How does Pin Topic reduce skips?

It provides a clear conversation starter that encourages meaningful interaction.

Can others see my pinned topic?

Yes—your current chat partner sees it. It’s not public outside the conversation.

What is the Chance Enhancer?

A feature that boosts your odds of winning rare items when you use Spin for a Chance. Logging in, chatting, completing free offers, and weekly challenges all increase it.

How does it work?

More activity = higher enhancer. Daily logins, consistent chatting, and completing offers/challenges raise your percentage.

What are the ranges?

NON-VIP: 10%–65% (drops by 5% if you miss 1 day).
VIP: 35%–85% (drops by 4% if you miss 2 consecutive days).

How can I increase it?

Log in daily, chat frequently, complete free offers via Unlock Rewards Early, and consider VIP for higher ranges.

Can it decrease?

Yes—per the ranges above if you miss days.

How to maximize?

Daily logins, frequent chats, complete offers, and become VIP for the best floor/ceiling.

Does a higher enhancer guarantee wins?

No guarantee, but it significantly improves your odds.

Where can I see my percentage?

In your Profile under your profile emoji.

Why isn’t my enhancer increasing?

Ensure you’re logging in daily, chatting, and completing offers/challenges. Missed days can cause decreases.

How do I update my profile?

Go to Settings → Account Info to change your name, bio, and privacy settings.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the Login page, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Is my information secure?

Yes—C24Club uses industry-standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I’m having trouble with a feature — what should I do?

Try refreshing, logging out/in, clearing cache, or using another device. If the issue persists, contact support.

Why wasn’t my screenshot for a challenge accepted?

Ensure it clearly shows all required elements. If you believe it was denied by mistake, reach out to support.

My minutes aren’t showing up — what happened?

Minutes from offers can be pending. Check My Earnings on the minute offer page. If you still don’t see them, refresh and contact support at [email protected].
